Above average breakfast with coffee to go also, with appetising food. Late check-out. Stunning and easy location, near a 47 - floor skyscraper. Short walk to bus stops as well as Castlefield Bowl.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with comfy beds. The breakfast choices were good hot with welcome drink and the coffee machine and champagne. Very central location was a plus😃

Location
Not acceptable for a hotel of this calibre (nad cost!) to charge such extortionate prices for wi-fi. And a lumpy hollow mattress in a room that cost £150 a night. And a smell of damp in the bathroom. And sound of plumbing from the neighbouring rooms. A pretty poor experience overall. Just ok for a 1 night stay - but not good for any more.

The hotel was tidy and staff were sincere, everything was nice. Greatly enjoyed the hilton guest room and the way it was setup. Its location was marvellous and lovely, near to HOME theatre. The lunch in Cibo close to the property had every choice imaginable...

The floor-to-ceiling window offered an amazing city view, and the access to Cloud 23 for drinks was a highlight. Valet parking made life easy.
